Boy Scout Troop and Pack 529 meet in the town of Gibraltar, about 7 miles southeast of Reading and just a couple miles west of Birdsboro. It has been chartered to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church since 1947. We are part of the Hawk Mountain Council, Boy Scouts of America.
We put emphasis on the Scout principles of building Character, Citizenship, and Physical Fitness. We also offer leadership training through the Scouting program. We hold monthly outdoor activities and occasional high adventure trips, as well as involving the members in church & community service and in conservation projects.
An active, year-round program for boys ages 10 through 18.
Meetings are at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church on Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm.

Yearly program is selected and led by youth members and includes a week long summer camp along with regular outings.
For Boys in grades Kindergarten to Fifth Grade and their families.
We are convenient to Robeson Township, Exeter and Birdsboro and have Scouts from Exeter and Twin Valley school districts.
Meetings are held at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Gibraltar (near intersection of Routes 568 and 724). Our address is 1035 Old River Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508. The Pack meets weekly during the school year. During the summer, we hold special events and go to summer camp. Meetings are held each Monday evening from 6:30-7:50pm at the church,
